Paid API Efficiency
Whether a code change actually reduced paid API spend. AeroAPI
(GET /flights/{ident}) is the only paid source; every headline
number is normalised against traffic so a quiet day doesn't read as an
optimisation. Covers all user accounts.
For agents: fetch
/api/admin/api-stats?format=text for this exact report in one
response, or drop format for JSON (the JSON carries the same
interpretation notes under readme). Compare a deploy with
?split=<ISO timestamp>, or just read the
by_code_version rollup, which needs no deploy time at all.
Use paid_calls_per_1k_in_region, not raw call counts.
